Wildlife Art Commissions Process

Initial Stage

I will need to fully understand your requirements in order to discuss the options available and ensure I can deliver to your needs. This will involve your thoughts on subject matter, composition, size etc. Once we've established exactly what you want and I've confirmed that I can achieve this, I will send you a detailed contract.

Contract Stage

Whilst this appears a little formal, this paperwork is set out to ensure we are both on the same page and in agreement as to what the expectation of the artwork is and that I deliver to match what has been agreed.

This will include the following:

• Description of the work to be undertaken

• Price and payment schedule

• Mounting and framing information

• Artwork copyright information

• Timeframe and delivery information

• Next steps

Completion Stage

Depending on whether you would like the artwork to be a surprise or not, I can send you progress photos as I go. When I have completed the artwork and the final balance payment has been made, I will hand over your commission, complete with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Please note that the cost for a commission is bespoke and unique to your requirements as it is dependent upon a number of factors (size, subject matter, level of detail etc.)
